You may select Express shipping for an additional cost of $24.50 per order. This is typically an overnight service to most major Canadian cities.
All items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed and approved. If there is ever to be a delay beyond this time frame, we will notify you immediately via email. You are under no obligation to proceed with the order if the time frame of beyond 2 days is unacceptable to you.
We do not ship web orders outside of Canada. If you are outside of Canada, we are, unfortunately, unable to ship out to you. As well, we will not accept any type of credit card payments from international customers.
All orders for Edmonton and Area residents should be made in store at 10345-78 Avenue NW. We do not ship any orders to addresses in the greater Edmonton area.
If you place an order online with a shipping address in the Edmonton area, it will be held for pickup in the store. You will be asked to bring the credit card that was used online (actual card only, no photos) and to provide matching photo identification to the credit card.
