Do you repair phones?

We do not have technician on staff that are able to repair phones

Do you unlock iPhones?

Unfortunately, we are unable to unlock iPhones.  Please refer to the service provider with which the device is network locked to for assistance.

Are you able to by-pass Google/Apple locked phones?

Unfortunately we are unable to by-pass phones that require the last used Google or Apple ID credentials to unlock.  It is a security measure hard-built into all phones to discourage devices from being used without proper consent.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We do not accept trade-ins for phones.

Are your phones brand new?

All of our phones are original brand new unlocked. We do not sell any refurbished or used phones.

What kind of warranty do your phones come with?

All phones come with a 30 day warranty from OmegaCell. With an option to purchase a 1 year extended warranty ranging from $50 to $125 depending on the phone.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 30 day and 1 year warranty applies only to product manufacturer defects and failures.

The warranty is voided if the phone has sustained any liquid damage whatsoever that is apparent on the phone or if there is any physical damage or abuse to the phone.

Do you offer price matching for your phones?

Yes we do!

Competitor must be a registered Canadian company (GST Number) shipping products from within Canada. The item must be in-stock, and able to be shipped out within 3 business days (ie. no drop OR third-party shippers) at time of price matching.

The item must be identical which includes carrier branding versus non-branded handsets. It must be the same model number and color.

Will the phone I purchase work with my current carrier?

Our phones are compatible with majority of Canadian carriers. Please refer to the network compatibility chart located on each phone's product page.

I can't connect to my carrier's mobile data network

If you are unable to connect to your carrier's mobile data network, your phone may possibly missing its APN (Access Point Name) settings.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express

We also accept Shopify Pay and Interac E-Transfer. For Interac E-Transfer please contact for instructions.


Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada.

How long does shipping take?

All orders take 2 business days for processing. Your order will arrive between 3 - 5 business days.*Please note that both processing and shipping times are based on an estimated average, and are subject to change.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we do! You may select express shipping during checkout. Express shipping is typically an overnight service after the order has been processed

Returns & Exchange

What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return or exchange an unused device within 7 calendar days of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days without any fees as long as the phone is new, unused and undamaged. (Factory screen protector still intact, cables are unused and still in their original packed state.)

OmegaCell Communications reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund. Should the item not meet these specifications, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the original address of the order.

Under no circumstance will any item be refunded should the situation fall outside of these conditions.

SIM cards, vouchers, headsets, cases , data/charging cables, and Clear Coat products are non-refundable.
